We have just sent you an email confirmation and login information to our client portal. We will also contact you to confirm your information and schedule a start date!
- You have enrolled in our subscription payment option.
- By far, the easiest way to pay for services
- Your card will be charged after the completion of the initial cleanup.
- For recurring visits your card will be charged the day after each visit. If you would like monthly or once a week invoices please email Deptofdoody@gmail.com and let us know you would prefer Weekly or Monthly invoices.
- If your card is declined you will receive a series of emails with a link to the portal to update card info. We will try the card the day after your visit, if payment fails our system will try again in 24 hours and a then a third and final time after 72 hours. If payment fails after the third attempt your subscription will be paused until you contact us or login to your account to update card.
If at any time, you have questions about your service or would like to change your card information or cancel monthly service, please contact us via client portal, email or phone.
