- Quotes in most cases are accurate; however, no pricing is final until the yard is fully inspected on the first visit. We will communicate with you if there is any price change before starting services.

- Clients who choose to pause services for any reason will be subject to initial cleaning fees before being added to the monthly service again.

Payment Policy

- Payments for initial or one-time cleanups are due upon completion of the job.

- If you move forward with recurring service after a one-time cleanup, we will credit the amount paid to your account to cover recurring visits.

- Payments for recurring services are due on the first day of each month or the day after each visit.

- If payments are late, you will be subject to a $10 late fee.

- If payment is not received before your next service, you will be removed from the service schedule.

Winter Policy

- Department of Doody operates 12 months a year and will always show up when weather conditions are safe, regardless of rain, snow, or other unfavorable weather conditions.

- If we are unable to provide service for one week due to unsafe conditions, we will perform double duty the following week.

No Access Policy

- If Department of Doody is unable to gain access to your yard because the gate has been locked, you will still be charged for that cleaning; however, Dept of Doody will pull double duty the following week.

- Your pet waste technician will knock at the door and make attempts to call you before skipping your yard that day. You will be notified via the customer portal as well.

 Dangerous Pet Policy

- Department of Doody loves working with dogs! Our technicians have no issue working with your dog in the yard.

- If it is evident that your dog is aggressive or will not let us clean the yard, we will make attempts to contact you by knocking on the door, calling, and updating your online portal. If we are unable to clean due to a dangerous dog, you will still be charged for the visit and we will pull double duty the following week.

Cancellation Policy

- Department of Doody has no contracts, and clients can cancel services at any time for any reason with 48 hours’ notice. Clients can call in to cancel or update their subscription plan through the customer portal.

- Clients that pause services for certain times of the year will be subject to initial cleanup fees, if the dogs have been using the yard and nobody else has cleaned up.

FAQ

How do I pay?

We have a client portal where payment is processed. Once you submit your form on our website, we will create an account on your behalf. We will then send your login info to your email, the email will be from “Sweep&Go", if you do not see this email within 10 minutes (during normal business hours) of submitting your form, please call us at 817-674-7667. Inside your portal account, you will have access to copies of all paid invoices, records of past cleanups, and you can link your credit/debit card into the secure platform. After you link your card, we will generate and pay invoices on your behalf and send you receipts. You can access the client portal at Client Dashboard (sweepandgo.com)

Note:

Your card will need to be linked to your account by the time we arrive at your home. If your card is not connected by this time, we will attempt to contact you and knock on your door. If no contact is made, we will reschedule your cleanup for the next available date. Depending on the time of year, this could be weeks out. If you need help connecting your card, we are always available at 817-674-7667 to help you over the phone.

 Do often do you bill?

We can bill in 1 of 3 ways, you may pay once a month for all services that month, the day after each visit, or if you get service 2+ times per week and don't want a lot of charges but you don't want to pay monthly, we can set up weekly invoicing. With weekly invoicing, we will bill once a week on Sunday for that weeks services.

What time will you be at my home?

With respect to scheduling, we are unable to provide a timeframe on your scoop day. We have many yards to clean, and our routes are constantly being optimized for efficiency. This also helps keep our rates low for you! Our routes run from around 7am to dark.

Communication is important and you will always receive notice via text when we are on the way. We provide about 10-15 minutes notice, so you are properly informed of our arrival. Your scoop day will be the same day each week. If your service day ever changes, we will always communicate with you in advance.

Do I have to be home when you clean?

No, you do not have to be home when we clean. We simply ask for easy access to your gate. We can also clean with your dogs in your yard, if they are friendly. Our team loves all animals! Once the cleanup is completed, we will send a picture of your closed gate to your phone number or email on file, so you have records of it.

Note: If our staff has never met your dogs before and you are home, please let the technician know ahead of time that you will be letting the dogs out for an introduction. We don’t want to startle anyone!

What Happens If my Service Day falls on a Holiday?

Great question! If your service day falls on a major holiday, we will skip that week's cleanup and perform double doody the following week. You will still be charged due to 2 weeks of accumulated waste in the yard.

Do you disinfect your equipment?

Yes! We disinfect our equipment after each cleanup with an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs.

What is my Responsibility as a Client?

  1. Your yard must be easily accessible
  2. Lawns should be cut on a regular basis without large amounts of leaves or debris. Autumn in the scooping industry is known as “poop camouflage season.” Please be mindful that we can only pick up what we can see.
  3. Gates should be free of snow & Ice and unlocked when we arrive. If you provide us with gate codes, we will always lock up once we are done.
  4. Aggressive dogs must be left indoors on scheduled service days.
  5. If you know you will not need services, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice.

Do You Guarantee Your Work?

Department of Doody stands behind its dog waste removal services by offering a 24-hour 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with any service and your yard is not overgrown or covered in yard debris, we will send out a scoop tech to your home to re-clean until you are satisfied.
